Aloha and welcome to another #weddingwednesday!
Today we are talking about your wedding details! Wedding details is one of my favorite parts to photograph on the wedding day! While I know that we’ve discussed in the past what you should invest in inters of your wedding, I do know how important your wedding details are.
Some of the typical
wedding details
to document on your wedding day are your Paper Suite (Invitation, Save the Date, Envelope, etc.), Jewelry, Shoes, Swatches of Lace or Significant Fabric, Heirloom Pieces, Garter, and the Rings.
Make sure you have these in a safe space in your bridal suite. That way, as you are getting ready, I can take all of your details and get them photographed. And don’t worry, I will send you an email outlining all of this as well!
A few tips about your wedding details:
Rings: Make sure you have all three wings with you! I want to make sure that when you finally say “I do”, those rings do not leave your finger!
Dress: Refer back to the blog about not forgetting your specialty hanger! Even if you don’t go out on a fancy hanger, make sure you have one for wedding dress! Don’t forget your bridesmaids hangers as well!
Keepsakes: Make sure you have any of those special momentos that you want to document. Your grandmother’s handkerchief, your fathers dog tags, something borrowed and blue, amongst others! Make sure these special momentos are documenting too!
Perfume: Some brides splurge on a special perfume for their wedding day. Its a nice detail and something that you can wear on your special date and think of your wedding day!
Here is a list of details you don’t want to forget to have captured on your wedding day
