I wanted to share with you my Top 5 San Diego Locations for your engagement photos!
Top 5 San Diego Engagement Photos Locations:
Balboa Park
Balboa Park is one of my favorite locations for an engagement session! Not only is it just a stunning area in general, but there are so many different spots that will give your engagement session some variety! It’s one of the most popular spots, but there’s always somewhere to capture your session! I love the Rose Garden area, the Spanish architecture, and the beautiful light all around! If you are looking for a San Diego Photo Location outside of the beach, Balboa Park is perfect for you!

Sunset Cliffs
Sunset Cliffs is another very popular spot for your San Diego Engagement Photos, but can you blame them! I mean, this location is everything! The beautiful cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean is something to just die for! Given its name, the sun sets right at this location, and if there isn’t any fog or marine layer, you are in for one of the most gorgeous sunsets ever!

Torrey Pines
Torrey Pines State Reserve is one of my favorite FAVORITE locations for engagement sessions! The amount of beach you have with the cliffs in the background gives us tons of space to work with! You can also “hike” to the top and start taking photos up there, then head down to the beach! And again, it’s another location with a stunning sunset!

La Jolla Beaches
The coast of La Jolla makes for some incredible beach locations for your engagement photos! One of my favorite spots is Windandsea Beach! A question I get asked alot when it comes to beach sessions are about the crowds. With places like here in La Jolla, we have so much room, we are going to find a nice empty spot, plus, the magic of photoshop helps! Having your engagement session during the week makes it a bit easier as well! And there’s a road with the perfect lined palm trees that screams San Diego!
Coronado Island
I love all of the amazing locations on Coronado Island! Want to get that San Diego Skyline for your photos? You got it! Then want to change and head to the beach for sunset? You got it! Plus, Coronado has so many different spots all along the island!!! Again, this is one of those locations that would be best during the weekdays for crowds!
