San Diego Engagement Photographer
Shelby and Brandon’s engagement session was one that I was so excited for. They planned their dream California wedding, and well, 2020 happened, and COVID had ruined their plans.
Even though they had to adjust like so many other wedding couples this year, my hope and goal for them was to make sure that their San Diego engagement photos would be just a bit of a bright spot in the year!
Balboa Park Engagement Photos
We started their engagement session at the Rose Garden at Balboa Park! I really wish these images were a scratch and sniff, because OMG, the smell of ALL OF THESE roses was just enticing!!!
One things I love is that Shelby and Brandon ‘dressed down’ for this part of their session! I always tell my couples to try and bring two outfits! One dressed down and one dressed up, or both dressed up! These are your engagement photos and I want you guys to feel your best!
And can we talk about how ADORABLE their puppy Charlie is? He played a vital role in their engagement session, so you know he had to be a part of their session! YES FRIENDS, bring your furry kids with you!!!
After exploring Balboa Park, we made a quick change, and then headed to one of my favorite places to do engagement sessions in San Diego, over at Sunset Cliffs!
We had to make a joke of the year, so of course Corona’s had to be used (FYI, that’s the grossest beer ever! LOL!)! I love how much Shelby and Brandon were able to keep smiles on their faces despite everything they went through!
And San Diego showed out for them with the most perfect sunset!!!
Without further adieu, check out Shelby and Brandon’s Balboa Park Engagement Photos!
I mean, that sunset right?! I love that we ended their session at Sunset Cliffs! Congratulations Shelby and Brandon! I wish you guys, including Charlie, a lifetime of happieness!
