I had the wonderful privilege of taking a venue tour at Dillingham Ranch with Events Coordinator Siri Masterson!Weddings at Dillingham Ranch

When I say that I fell in love with this Oahu wedding venue from the moment I drove up, I am not kidding!

Lined with coconut trees that line the way to the venue, the first thing I noticed was how quiet this location is! Maybe because of the hustle and bustle of living in Honolulu, but with this location in Waialua felt like you were almost stepping back in time!coconut trees at Dillingham Ranch

What I love about this location is the history that comes with this Hawaiian wedding venue. First and foremost, choosing to get married at Dillingham Ranch, means that you are really choosing a historic property. The property was built in 1917, exactly 100 years ago, by the Dillingham family. This family is so important to Hawaii as they are credited for building the modern landscape of Hawaii as we know it today, as he started the Oahu Railway Company!Dillingham Ranch Wedding Venue

Dillingham Ranch is one of the few official ranch’s left the island! Not only that, but it’s Oahu’s oldest wedding venue as well! It’s also an equestrian center with private boarding, a free range cattle center for grass-fed beef, and they also do wholesale vendor for palm and coconut trees! You my also recognize some parts of the location as some of your favorite movies and TV shows were shot here like Lost, 50 First Dates and Hawaii 5-0iconic trees at Dillingham Ranch

What I love about this location as well and I think most couples would love too is how they prepare for the couple! If you are booking a weekend wedding, you are actually booking here from Friday through Sunday! Friday is used as setup, Saturday for your ceremony, and Sunday for breakdown! That is amazing because you eliminate all of those little (or big) things that can go wrong with the setup happening on your wedding day, which means less stress for YOU on your wedding day! You have the luxury of time and relaxation on your wedding day!getting married at Dillingham RanchDillingham Ranch photos

You also have the option of staying on the ranch , to get ready to sleeping as well! And the accommodations, with the private outdoor shower, is so convenient and romantic! There are also many different locations on the property to shoot with stunning backdrops. .Dillingham Ranch Accomodations

Siri recommended that you book at least 6 months to a year in advance since they only do 4 weddings a year! You can book a weekday wedding as well for a discount! Weddings at Dillingham Ranch in HawaiiIndoor Decor at Dillingham Ranch

A venue covered with mango trees, banyan trees and coconut trees! You can see the horses in the background, and a chicken or two may even cross your way!

I want to thank Dillingham Ranch for having me at this gorgeous location! I believe that any couple that decides to have a wedding at Dillingham Ranch will not be disappointed at all! I can’t wait to work with you in the future with some gorgeous couples!
