I am so excited to share with you my newest Featured Vendor!! 
I had the privilege of visiting The Reception Hawaii a few weeks ago!
When I first walked in, I was met with the spirit of Aloha!
The amazing owners Roxanne and Jez greeted me with hugs and warmth, and welcomed me to their labor of love!
The Reception is Hawaii’s Premiere Event and Wedding Resource Center. Located in the heart of Honolulu in Kakaako, this quaint location truly is a one stop shop!
This amazing resource center is meant for any couple in the midst of wedding planning. With so many vendor options to choose from, the wedding planning process can be a bit overwhelming, and that’s where Roxanne and Jez come into play! 
When you walk in, the first thing you will notice is the gorgeous rustic theme! You will be met by either Roxanne or Jez, who will be the most welcoming, and be there to answer any questions that you may have! They have a list of vendors that they work with that they can also recommend for you based on your needs! 
The Reception is really called Ohana, because for these owners, that’s what it’s really all about!
I asked Jez what was one piece of advice that he would give a bride that is planning her wedding in Hawaii, and he said, without hesitation, was to hire a wedding coordinator, or at least a Day of Coordinator! In all of the years that Jez has been in the wedding industry, and also witnessing a wedding a guest, he sees the chaos that can come with a wedding day. And it’s his mission that a bride is not stressed out on her day, worrying about where is this at, or where does this belong. That is the coordinator’s job to handle that! And, what do you know, you can find an amazing coordinator with Jez and his business Jez Events!
So, if you are here on the island of Oahu, make sure you stop in to The Reception and say hi, and they are also building a coffee bar inside to open soon!
