I can’t wait to share with you this special photoshoot my friends and I recently did!
As a military spouse, making new friends at each duty station is hard. Anyone who says it’s not is lying.
You typically meet people and they are acquaintances, serving its purpose, but they are not “lifelong friends.”
The saying is, if you meet at least one real, lifelong friend at a duty station, you’ve done well.
Or, if you are lucky like me, you connect with a few ladies quickly when you move here.

Who are both photographers.
And you share life experiences in that quick timeframe.
You share triumphs, tears, pregnancies, births, sickness, happiness, drama, and everything in between.
You really don’t know life without them.
Except the military is always transitional. And one of them is about to move. And you haven’t really accepted it, because it’s just not fair.
While your heart hurts, you know it’s part of the life we live. But, you know that this friendship will be one of those lifelong ones, and it makes the pain just a little bit easier.
Jennifer, I’m not sure what we did to deserve your friendship, but I am so happy the universe brought us together.

***FYI…our husbands took our cameras and took all of these images…they did amazing!***
