I love this time of year!!! Fall family photos season has to be one of my favorite times of the year as a photographer!!! The inbox is filled with families who are wanting to document their annual family photos, maybe a little bit stressed with planning the whole outfits (it’s ok… I am a photographer myself and my daughters are teenagers and I am already sweating thinking about OUR family photos!), but you know you would totally regret not getting them done!
But let me tell you something….
..not just as a mother whose kids are growing up WAY TOO FAST….
..not as a photographer who has done this amazing job for 8 years and has seen the impact photos can have….
.. And that you do not want to miss the opportunity to get your portraits taken at least once a year….
Because time moves quickly…
And life is not promised to anyone….
I share the whole reason why this business exists, the heart behind my why, here…
Fall Family Photos | Vanessa Hicks Photography
I had the pleasure of meeting Jaclyn and her GORGEOUS family at this photoshoot! Jaclyn and her family had just moved to the area, and when she let me know that she LOVED getting photos captured of her family, I knew we were going to be fast friends!
Now, if Jaclyn can manage to get her impeccable family dressed while having 4 young kids, then you can most certainly get up and get your photos scheduled this year!
I really loved this park right outside of San Diego for these fall photos! The way that the sunset and these lines of trees made my photographer’s heart soar!
Without further adieu, check out Jaclyn’s fall family photo shoot in San Diego:
And for a family like Jaclyn’s a mini session of just 30 mins may be just the key to success too!! I’ve been honored to photograph Jaclyn’s family again at Christmastime that year, and for a floral tub session!
Want to book your next photo session with me?! Right now is the perfect time of year to capture your family’s legacy!! I would be honored to capture your fall family photos too!
