One of my favorite times of the year as a Monterey photographer has to be during the holiday season, not only for good food, the lights, and the joy of the season but because of all of the beautiful families that I get to capture each and every year!

Bi and her family came all the way down from the Bay area to one of my favorite locations for a beach family photoshoot! As a Monterey Photographer, I’ll never forget when I found this perfect spot tucked into the coast of Monterey!! It’s been one of my favorite locations ever since!
I love the green algae that cover the rocks, the blue waters, and the rocky coast that California is known for! Don’t forget the perfect golden light, and you can see why this is one of my fav spots!
I wish I could tell you the water was warm, but I am not a liar!!!
And look at how freaking cute little Greyson is?!?! He absolutely loved the beach and the sand, and definitely gave me all the smiles!

For every family session, I always make sure to get photos of just the parents!! I think it’s SO IMPORTANT that our children see images of their parents, reminding them, that they are here because two people loved each other!
