Oh Sandy and Liam! Their love is truly one for the storybooks!
They both are from Canada as Liam is here for school for the military. Their love story is so sweet!
During our first two years of dating, on the 22nd of each month, he planned out special date days or nights to commemorate another month together. On days he was away, he always sent me flowers with a note to tell me he missed me or was thinking of me and eventually that he loved me. He took me on surprise pic-nic, long day hikes, concerts, homemade dinners, flower petals from his building door to his condo door, carving hearts and initials in trees for us, movie dates, stroll in the park, roller derby, helicopter ride, flowers, candies, full mommy days to myself to recharge and he even asked me to meet me on a beach after his surf but since it wasn’t easily accessible, I was lost for 2 hours! Let’s just say he did a little bit of sucking up that night. In any case, he was a man after my heart. For the proposal, he created a scavenger hunt linked to a website with some of our fondest and most memorable dates and events in our 3 years together; 12 stops, 12 printed hearts with Barcode links, 12 moments to reminisce and at the end of the road, he proposed.
We had so much fun with their session! Their love was so natural, that I just really needed to stand back and document it! We even went over our time, because, well, they were just amazing! I am so excited for their beach wedding in September!!! It’s going to be amazing!!!
