News this week!!!!
I am constantly making sure that I am doing my best to educate myself and become a better photographer!! So, I decided to enroll in The International Academy of Wedding Photographers. This is an amazing 2 year program that is very extensive that I will receive a certificate when I am finished! I am excited for these courses, and I can’t wait to apply them to my business to continue to make it better!
My favorite image this week!
I was so honored this week to share these images from the Sevall’s birth story!! It was such an amazing journey, and again, I was so honored to be there to capture these moments with them!

I shared these images I took of my daughters at an impromptu photo session I took of them!! I shared a story about my oldest daughter and was so impressed with the response it got!
Here is the story:
My beautiful first born.
Recently, Jasmine came home from school crying because some older kids were bullying her. Telling her how ugly she was with her braces, etc.
Kids can be so mean. It broke my heart for her.
Today, I showed her the pictures I took of her. She smiled and said “Mommy, I look pretty there!”
Pictures have such a lasting effect on everybody. With my daughter hitting that preteenish age, it’s so important for her to know that is beautiful both on the outside and the inside. I’m glad these photos showed her that she is beautiful.
When you take pictures, you are not only documenting your legacy, but your children’s as well.
Until next week!!
Vanessa
