After a crazy year to include a deployment and move, I am so happy to get back to blogging and sharing more in depth sessions I have done!!

Jay and Samantha’s wedding was one for the books! A gorgeous couple, a gorgeous venue, and a gorgeous night! Everything about this couple was amazing! Their love for each other truly shined the entire day!

Here is their love story!

“ Samantha grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Justin grew up in Orlando, Florida. He joined the Air Force out of High School and was stationed over in Japan for 3 years. After that, he got stationed here at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton. Samantha happened to live in Georgia at the time he was moving to Hampton. However, her family still lived here so she would come back to visit. They actually met through an online app that both of them were pretty sceptic about but there friends insisted on it. Most people laugh at the thought of it, like they did at first, but they met their soulmates through it. It really was meant to be. There was one day where they just happened to be in the same area, let alone same state, and it matched them. They instantly clicked and talked for months, everyday day all day, before they actually met and went on their first date. From there they have been inseparable. Justin proposed at Samantha’s mom’s house on June 1, 2014 while eating Chinese food. Samantha has this thing where she has to be the first one to pick the fortune cookie or thinks that someone else is stealing her fortune! So, Justin got her whole family involved and had them place fortunes saying “Will you marry me?” inside every cookie so that whichever one she picked would have the proposal inside. 9 months later and after much stress and planning, they were marrying each other in Williamsburg, VA on 28 March 2015. They are now planning to expand their family and are excited for what the rest of their lives together will bring. ????

What a love story!!! Here are some of my favorite images from their wedding! Jay is currently on deployment and I wish these two the best of luck!!!!!

Before her wedding, Sam’s mother was diagnosed with Cancer. I pulled her mother aside to make sure I got some shots of just her!!! I know they will always treasure these images!!

I love Sam’s bridesmaids! They were so much fun, and I love this when they first saw her walk through the door!

Ceremony time!! You would have never known just how cold it was on this gorgeous day! We all were shivering and Sam was getting so red, but nothing was going to stop these two from getting married!

Sam surprised Jay with the theme of the reception, which was 007!!! Each table was named by the movies! The cake was stunning!!!

The Simons sure know how to party! One of my favorite parts of the night was when all the groomsman surprised everyone with a dance to Bruno Mars “Uptown Funk”. It was hilarious!!!!
