Sarasota Photographer | If these types of sunsets and these types of couples is what I can expect when we move to Florida, let’s just say I am going to be one happy Florida wedding photographer!
Jami and Logan’s couple’s session in Sarasota, Florida was really special for me! First, I have the incredible honor of photographing Logan’s sister’s wedding in Lake Como, Italy in October of 2022, so it was fun to meet him and keep the photography in the family!!!
Logan and Jami happened to be visiting Sarasota while I was in town, and when our schedules lined up, decided it was the perfect day for a sunset session on the beach!
The day did not disappoint!

I mean, not only were Jami and Logan perfect ( can you believe that they were nervous!!!!! They are crazy!), but the day was perfect, complete with the most epic of sunsets, and the perfect moment straight out of the notebook! Logan picked Jami up for a kiss, right at sunset, and then the birds flew by!
Yeah, sometimes, magic happens at sessions like that!! And I am just the lucky one to capture it!!! The night was complete with the final shot as the sun hit the horizon, capping off a perfect evening!

Logan and I met with Vanessa in

Sarasota, FL for a couples shoot!
We were both eager but nervous
since we have never been in front
of the camera together before. I
had the expectation that it would
take us awhile to get comfortable
and hoped we would have a few
photos to leave with. Within
minutes Vanessa had us laughing
and relaxed. She is the perfect
blend of a coach, hype woman,
comedian, wardrobe malfunction
specialist, stylist, and visionary!
She directed us throughout the
shoot to create beautiful
moments. I loved that she gave
us glimpses behind the camera
so that we could see what we
were doing well (or not)!
It was a joy to work with Vanessa
and we can’t wait to use her
services and skill to capture our
next event!

explaining her reasoning and
science (if you will) around how
she captures each shot, utilizes
the sun and water around us, and
the elements! Vanessa made it
