If you haven’t seen the gorgeous views of The Steeple House wedding venue in Kapalua, Maui, you are missing out!
Mikaela and Francisco will always be a special couple to me, because we both share the same wedding date!!
When Mikaela reached out to me, she was sad that her original photographer and friend wouldn’t be able to capture her wedding day in Maui, but I was referred to her and she loved my work and was hoping I could capture her wedding the following month, which happened to be my wedding anniversary!
After talking with Mikaela on the phone, I knew I had to capture their special day! With their beautiful family and friends around, Mikaela and Francisco said their I Do’s on what had to be one of the most beautiful days Maui had to offer! The sky was so blue, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, a wonderful breeze, but most importantly, the way Francisco looked at Mikaela when she walked down the aisle, to spend the rest of her life with him!

Seriously, the sunset shots at Ironwoods Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean was one of my favorite shots of the day!
I can’t imagine a better couple to share my wedding anniversary date with, and of course, a special thank you to my husband for letting me spend our wedding day doing what I love- capturing love!
