Good morning and Hello August!!! New week, new month, new dreams and goals!! I can’t believe that August is here and that summer is almost over!! Here in Monterey, our kids are going back to school on Wednesday!! Yes, so early!!!! I can’t wait to make this month amazing! Stay tuned tomorrow for my Monthly Goals Blog!!
This was another busy week here at Vanessa Hicks Photography, and I know that it will continue to be this way really till the end of the year! While it is definitely a blessing, I have to get into work mode! With the kids going back to school, I think that it will help getting back on track! This week, my favorite image is the same one as this weeks featured image! I love how sometimes, a simple yet stunning image can just blow my mind with how beautiful and elegant it is! That was the case for this stunning maternity image! It was a gloomy looking morning, and you could smell a hint of smoke from the Big Sur Fires. But Kendra and her family were in town visiting from Texas, so the session had to get done! When Kendra came out in this dress, I knew it was going to be a gorgeous session! This image received 495 likes!!!!
