Hello 2016 and hello to my blog!!!
I am so happy to get back in the groove of things and get back to being more consistent here blogging your sessions, updates with Vanessa Hicks Photography, and tips for my clients!
I have a long list of blog topics and many many sessions to blog, so it should definitely keep me busy and occupied this year!!!!
As last year, I will continue to use Monday’s as my Weekly Roundups! For those of you that are new here, the Weekly Roundup is I post all of the sneaks and reveals from the prior week, any new news, top blog post, and top photos from the week! I love these because I know some of you are not on Facebook or may miss some posts on my business page , so this puts all of that into one! You can see some previous posts here and here!

In Other News…
I spent last weekend in Atlanta at the Imaging USA conference and had a blast! I learned so much, and I can’t wait to share with you all of the things I learned and hope to implement for Vanessa Hicks Photography for 2016! Of course, I had the chance to photograph some STUNNING models while I was there!

I always like to post my favorite image for the week and Feature it! It may or may not have already been posted in the sneaks and reveals, but I do like to highlight them!
This week’s favorite image is none other than my daughter Jasmine. Yesterday was her birthday, and when you have a photographer as a mother, you always have photoshoots on your birthday, when the sun is out, you buy a new outfit, really all the time! You should have seen me trying to get her in this tree! LOL! Happy 9th Birthday Jasmine Lynn!
