When I met Mikaela, one of the first things that I noticed about this beautiful woman was her
confidence
that surrounded her!
Her vibe, her smile, how she conducted herself, I was just inspired by her in the first few minutes!
Mikaela was visiting Oahu from California, and reached out to me saying she HAD to have a session in the amazing floral tub with myself and Ocean Dreamerr!
And on her session date, it was perfection! The weather was perfect, Mikaela was perfect–> literally, I had no idea which flowers would be floating in the tub that day, and her orange bathing suit matched her florals and haku lei so perfectly, it literally was meant to be!
And then during the session, we both got to know each other. I found that this incredible confidence that she had didn’t come easy (as most of the time it doesn’t) and I left the session knowing I made a new friend with this beautiful woman!
After I sent Mikaela her gallery, I received the best review that actually made me teary eyed. It was another reminder why I love my job so much.

I booked a floral tub portrait shoot during my visit to O’ahu and I am BEYOND ecstatic about the photos. A floral tub shoot is something I’ve wanted to do for years now and I haven’t found anything remotely close to the magical moments Vanessa created, so when I found myself in Hawai’i I knew I had to book. Vanessa did a WONDERFUL job capturing the pure joy and happiness I was feeling. The vibe and energy of the shoot was amazing, I felt so confident and happy the entire time. As a plus size women, I am cautious on who I choose to work with and Vanessa never once made me feel uncomfortable (when squeezing into a in a tiny vintage tub when you got a booty, can be). Side note, she is the perfect hype woman that I need to carry around with me everywhere I go � I am so happy I reached out to her to book a shoot. These photos will be a forever favorite.
