Well, here we are in
April!
I’m not gonna lie, but I really feel like time is flying by! Plus we just hit A YEAR being here in Hawaii! I am just in awe on how fast time is flying, and truly, I need it to sloooooooooooow down!!!!
I am so excited heading into this month after what ended up being an insanely busy March! 5 wedding were photographed in March, with 4 of them being in 5 days! So, to say it was busy is an understatement, but, I have enjoyed every minute of it truly!
Here are a few highlights from March:
My best friends came to the island to visit!
This is the first time its been the 3 of us in 3 years, and it’s been so amazing to have them here with me!
The Shoot and Share results came out,
and I am incredibly proud with how well my images did!!! Check out all of the images that placed up on the blog!
I got to photograph a wedding on the Road to Hana and it was just incredible!
I got to photograph the incredibly beautiful, kind and wonderful
Miss Hawaii 2018 Julie Chu!!
I can’t wait to watch here when she takes the Miss USA stage in May!!!
Oh, and you know, being named
#1 Wedding Photographer for All Hawaiian Islands by Hawaii Magazine
was pretty incredible too!!!!
Looking back on my March Goals, I didn’t think I was totally prepared for the busy month or knew how busy it would get, so I didn’t hit all the goals that I wanted to, but, with all of the amazing things that happened in March, I am most certainly calling the month a HUGE win!!!
Take a look at my goal for April! Now that we have hit my first year here in Hawaii, I can’t wait to see what is in store!!!
Personal:
- Get my Hawaii Drivers License! This seems to be on every list, but I HATE the DMV!
- Plan my baby girl 10th birthday party!!!! How did that happen
- Schedule birthday girl’s photo shoot
- Finish 2 books this month
- Date night with my husband!
Business:
- Hit my booking goal for this month
- Blog at least 3 times a week on average
- Schedule a tour with a venue I have not been to yet
- Plan out 2 styled shoots
- Update site with new and updated images!
Now, I kept this month’s goal list a little light, and I think I can get it all done! My goal, is to hit 100% completion on this list!!! I think I can do it!
