I only offer a discount once a year ( I don’t do minis or anything like that during the holiday season)!
Now, before you roll your eyes because Christmas is so far away, let me tell you WHY I do this!!!
Holiday season is one of the busiest times for all photographers! Everyone is looking to get their holiday photos done, plus we are trying to get our own holiday plans in place!
So, you wait until October or so, saying to yourself “Wow, Christmas is right around the corner and we need to get our Christmas photos done”, and you reach out to your favorite photographer, and they are BOOKED for the remaining of the year!
What does that leave you to do? Find another photographer who may not be as good or their work isn’t what you were looking for, or use an old photo, or a cell phone photo, or none at all…”There’s always next year”.
So, by offering Christmas in July Specials, this gets your photos taken care of!! You don’t even need to choose a date yet!!
